amjilli Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, stored, and transmitted by amjilli in connection with the amjilli online gaming platform accessible at amjilli.club. It applies to all registered Players, visitors to the Platform, and individuals who communicate with amjilli through any channel including live chat and email.

amjilli collects the following categories of personal data, depending on your interactions with the Platform:

When you create an amjilli account, we collect your email address, chosen username, password (stored in hashed form — never as plain text), date of birth, and country of residence.

To comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, amjilli collects government-issued identity documents and selfie verification images as part of the KYC process. Accepted documents include Philippine passports, driver's licenses, UMID, SSS IDs, PhilHealth IDs, and voter's IDs. This data is processed solely for identity and age verification purposes.

We collect transaction records associated with your amjilli Wallet, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, transaction timestamps, and the payment methods used (GCash account reference, PayMaya reference, or bank account last digits). amjilli does not store full bank account numbers, complete credit card details, or GCash PINs.

Records of your gameplay activity on amjilli are maintained, including games played, bet amounts, game outcomes, session durations, and account balance movements. This data is used for regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, dispute resolution, and service improvement.

amjilli does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processors: Transaction data is shared with GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers solely to process deposit and withdrawal requests. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and applicable Philippine financial regulations;

• Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function — including session authentication, security tokens, and login state maintenance. These cannot be disabled without breaking core Platform functionality;

amjilli retains personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to regulatory retention obligations. The following retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of the Account's active life plus a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping obligations and Philippine AMLA requirements;
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission, or longer if required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the transaction date in compliance with AMLA and PAGCOR requirements;
• Gameplay logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution and responsible gaming monitoring purposes;
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your Account, whichever occurs earlier;
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction, unless a longer period is required for an unresolved dispute.

Upon expiry of applicable retention periods, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification.

amjilli will respond to all data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or numerous, amjilli may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, with notice provided to the data subject. amjilli reserves the right to verify the identity of the requesting party before fulfilling any data rights request. If you are unsatisfied with amjilli's handling of a data rights request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

We will investigate and take appropriate action, including permanent Account closure and secure deletion of all associated personal data, as promptly as possible.

Where the operation of the amjilli platform requires personal data to be transferred to or processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines — for example, where game software servers or cloud infrastructure are operated by international providers — amjilli ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with Section 21 of RA 10173.

Specifically, international transfers are only permitted where:

• The receiving jurisdiction provides a comparable level of data protection as determined by the NPC;
• Appropriate contractual safeguards are in place, such as standard data processing agreements imposing equivalent data protection obligations on the recipient; or
• The transfer is necessary to fulfill amjilli's contractual obligations to you as a Player.

amjilli does not transfer personal data internationally for purposes unrelated to the operation of the Platform or our legal compliance obligations.

amjilli reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the updated Policy taking effect.
