amjilli will never contact you to request your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from amjilli requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to amjilli support immediately.
You agree to notify amjilli immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting support via live chat at [email protected]. amjilli shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
amjilli employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform sessions. However, the security of your Account also depends on device-level practices — you are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to log out of your Account on shared or public devices after each session.
All deposits to an amjilli Wallet must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through the payment methods made available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The current minimum deposit amount is ₱500, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–3 business hours, subject to the processing policies of the originating financial institution. amjilli does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.
amjilli reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction it deems unusual in volume or frequency. Deposits sourced from proceeds of illegal activity are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by the registered Account holder. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in the most recent transaction, except where amjilli expressly permits an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
KYC verification must be successfully completed before amjilli will process any withdrawal. Verified GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business hours of approval. Processing timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside amjilli's control.
amjilli reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation. During any such investigation, the Account balance shall remain unavailable to the Player.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting amjilli support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Wallet balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, amjilli reserves the right to void any outstanding winnings and forfeit the Wallet balance as liquidated damages for the breach.

amjilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, amjilli will notify registered Players via email to their registered address, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect — except where shorter notice is required by law or regulation.
Your continued use of the amjilli platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
